Man stabbed to death in west Delhi’s Naraina; 5 held – The Indian Express

Four persons have been arrested and a juvenile apprehended from West Delhi’s Naraina for allegedly killing a 29-year-old man after his motorbike “touched” one of them, police said.
DCP (West) Ghanshyam Bansal said the accused have been identified as Dharmendra Rai (52), his two sons Sachin (22) and Ramanuj (22), his employee Vakil Ahmed (23), and his nephew, a juvenile. “The deceased was identified as Shiva, who was staying in Naraina village with his family. We came to know about the incident after we received a call from DDU hospital that a man with a stab wounds had succumbed to his injuries,” Bansal said.
He further said that during the enquiry, it came to fore that the incident took place on Friday at around 9.30 pm when a fight broke out at a paan shop at PVR complex, Naraina.
“Shiva, who worked as a bouncer, came to PVR complex, Naraina, along with his three friends to have paan. At the entry of the complex parking near a paan shop, Shiva’s motorcycle touched Ahmed, which led to a heated argument,” he said.
Shiva’s elder brother, Aakash, said that he was married and had two children. “He earlier worked in the finance sector and had lost his job in the lockdown after the pandemic hit. The incident took place very close to the police station. It shows that the accused had no fear of the police.” Shiva’s cousin Rahul was with him at the time.
